1. Service Agreement

By engaging Wedding FocusPoint for photography and videography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wedding photography, videography, engagement sessions, and related creative services.

2. Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. Late payments may result in service cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a 20% processing fee. Cancellations made 30-90 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before are non-refundable.

4. Image Rights and Usage

Wedding FocusPoint retains copyright to all images and videos created. Clients receive unlimited personal usage rights. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement.

5. Delivery Timeline

Edited images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your wedding date. Videography projects will be completed within 6-8 weeks. Rush delivery available for additional fee.

6. Force Majeure

Wedding FocusPoint is not liable for inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or health emergencies.

7. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We maintain professional liability insurance and equipment backup systems to minimize risk.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, timeline, and vendor information. Changes to schedule or location must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
